Elena Bairaktari
Architect-Engineer

Elena has studied Architect –Engineer in the National Technical University of Athens, Greece (NTUA)– Graduation year 1997.

Her professional activity has begun with studies and design of houses. In the same time she participated in a research program of the NTUA  for the design and the application study of the project “Improvement of the stations of the electrical trains Athens-Piraeus”, Department of Topography.

In the year 2000 she participated a key role in the project for “Ellinki etaireia”  (www.ellet.gr) “Impression of Building Installations of the former Royal Property in Tatoi”.

In the year 2000 she has established together with I.Kavallinis the Office kaba Architects & Associates dealing with projects of several sectors as they are presented in www.ka-ba.gr

In the year 2003-4 she had the surveillance of the construction of the Byzantine and Christian Museum for the A’ part of the re-exhibition.

In the year 2003 she has begun to be active in constructions of sceneries for theatrical performances

Since 2011 she works together with leading foreign furniture houses and her main activity concerns design and implementation of special constructions, interior design as well as decoration or interior and external spaces.

Iason Kavallinis
Architect-Engineer, Msc

Iason has studied Architect –Engineer in the National Technical University of Athens, Greece (NTUA),– Graduation year 1996. He finished his postgraduate studies (Msc) also at the NTUA, in the sector of “Preservation of monuments”.

His professional activity starts during the student years and includes participations in research programs in the NTUA, in architectural competitions, studies and constructions cooperating with several architectural offices winning awards and publications of works not only of his own Architectural Office but also together with many studied and constructed works.

In the year 2000 he has established together with E. Bairaktari the Office kaba Architects & Associates dealing with projects of several sectors as they are presented in www.ka-ba.gr

Since 2004 he cooperates continuously with the Architectural Company ISV Architects & Associates (ISV.gr)  as  “Construction Manager”, undertaking many works for studies and constructions, projects & financial management.

He is following closely the international architectural trends, issues and scepticisms,  searches the current international technological developments in the construction sector, keeps being informed on the conditions of the market, looks for new materials and special tools in various  exhibitions and presentations and cooperates on daily basis with specialized technicians and traders for the optimization of innovative solutions design for kaba.
