We have long experience on the real cost of construction. We propose realistic, alternate technical proposals. We design construction details with different costs. We proceed with the best technically and economic choice. We have the knowledge on construction management and we achieve the desired result from every aspect.

Interior Design

We are experts in the design and implementation of special constructions. We perform interior design and decoration interior and exterior. We work together with leading foreign and Greek furniture houses.

Development

We develop villa projects, holiday and residential apartments. Our team has experienced partners, with consistency, trust and hard work.

“kaba architects” founded in 2000 by Elena and Iason as Senior Architects and is supported through the years by a team of experienced and talented architects, interior designers and engineers, who combine together their knowledge, through all the stages of design and construction”

Elena Bairaktari

Elena has studied Architect –Engineer in the National Technical University of Athens, Greece (NTUA)– Graduation year 1997.
She attended the Department of Set Design at the University of Athens in 2004.

Iason Kavallinis

Iason has studied Architect –Engineer in the National Technical University of Athens, Greece (NTUA),– Graduation year 1996. He finished his postgraduate studies (Msc) also at the NTUA, in the sector of “Preservation of monuments”.
